Assess glazing for gaps, shrinkage, or deterioration
Examine weatherstripping and door seals for wear or damage
Operational Tune-Up
Clear debris from frames and tracks to restore smooth functionÂ
Clean and lubricate locks, gear mechanisms, and glide tracks per manufacturer specsÂ
Adjust hardware for proper seal contact and effortless operationÂ
